Client:
Radio Sputnik — Finland’s only radio channel broadcasting in Russian language.
Task:
Fully re-design the logo, create a new catchy trademark and the website.
Decision:
The initial version of the visual identity was based on a satellite that circulates around the planet. It remains the key element but is updated by losing the planet and its orbit. That allows the concept to come out beyond the limits and get closer to the audience.
In addition to the orbit of the Earth, the radio channel follows its Russian-speaking audience to the traffic jams, work, chores and all-around Finland.
In other words, you are never left alone.
We shoot a photo session of the listeners of different target audience for the commercials and banners. On the background of the commercials one may see images of space drawn with the graphic charter in mind.
