Client:
Good Food — Italian grocery brand for cafes and restaurants based in Russia.
Task:
Design a trademark for the Russian market.
Create a basic graphic charter, commercial materials and the key visual element, as well as the website and the design for a retail space for the food festival in St. Petersburg.
Decision:
The focus point of the logo is the four O letters. One may see them as four hotplates, dishes or other pieces of kitchenware, that is why we use the round shape throughout the graphic charter. In addition, there is a pattern made of Italian flags that represent the country of origin of the brand.
Sergei Malakhovski, a well-known Russian chef who hosts a TV show on a food-related channel, is the flagman of the brand. His image appears on the visual elements: well-known Italian views and landmarks such as the Tower of Pisa, fields of Tuscany, the Colosseum and Mount Vesuvius, all made of groceries.
